Documentation standard for
the production of wooden packaging and the packing procedure

We generate a production parts list with quality inspection for each wooden packaging we produce and file it for the duration of 2 years.

In addition to that, the following documents are generated for packaging services and also filed for the duration of 2 years after completion of the work:

• Per order 1 x consignment-specific requirement profile for the construction of packaging
• Per package 1 x package list with content
• Per package 1 x packaging log
• Per package 2 x electronic photos (*.jpg)

For packaging carried out at our company, we also document incoming goods / outgoing goods per delivery.
